Airtel — postpaid sim address verification | |||
Recently, I bought an Airtel postpaid sim. The network service was very good. However, a few days back my outgoing calls were barred citing unsuccessful address verification. Upon enquiring I was told I did not respond to their call. So I requested for reverification, and also received a call about expecting someone to arrive at my office. No one turned up and my service was barred again causing severe inconvenience when I need it. I believe the people who are supposed to verify are too lazy to do their job.
