[Resolved] Airtel — postpaid stopped only call failed | |
I am using two airtel postpaid since last four months. Numbers are [protected] and [protected]. Before 6 months i bought [protected]. After one or two month i bought [protected]. Both are vanity numbers and i paid for that. After first bill cycle of [protected] i connected both numbers as a family plan. Now i removed [protected] from family plan cause i want to change [protected] from postpaid to prepaid. So i contacted customer care to separate my both numbers from family plan. After some hours i got call from some verification guy and he asked me about new connection verification. I told him that i am using this number since last four month. It’s not new connection. He was very arrogant and he cut the phone. After few hour my [protected] stopped. It’s showing call failed only. Even if i try to call from some other number to my number it’s also showing call failed. I don’t know what’s going on with my number. It’s very important numbers. I can’t call or receive any. It’s affecting my business also. Customer care guys says it will be resolved but still nothing happened. I can’t bare this. Please do something. Was this information helpful? | |
