[Resolved] Airtel — Postpaid to prepaid conversion issue | |||
I have requested postpaid to prepaid conversion for two of my airtel numbers ([protected] and [protected]) on monday (26 sep). I have paid all my bills with excess of rupees 50 for each sim card and paid 50 rupees for 2 new prepaid sim cards. I have given my voterid as id and address proof. I was told that my postpaid sims will get deactivated in 48 hrs. But even after several followups nothing got changed so far except waste of time. Even after this long mail chains nothing is changed. Now i got the message below with out any details of why it is not successfull. Please never cheat consumers. I decided to move from airtel using mnp. Thanks for your worst service. Please close my existing connections and i will not pay a single rupee for you again if you are not closing my connection. Dear customer, validation of your documents for airtel mobile [protected] could not be completed successfully.
