[Resolved]  Airtel — Postpaid to prepaid migration not getting done

Hi, I am Anant Saini & I am using Airtel postpaid mobile (cell no. [protected]) from more than a year. Must say, I was very much satisfied with the Airtel services until I decided to convert postpaid to prepaid because of relocation. I have applied in the Airtel authorized service provider- KAKI teleservices located in BTM, Bangalore. I have deposited my documents & paid the outstanding amount. But since then I am continuously making rounds to them but no use. Every time they tell that here is server issue so today we will send the request but nothing happened yet. I have paid my outstanding amount 3 times & now the bill is also generated. I don't know how many times do I have to pay & when will my sim will be migrated to prepaid. I will just get relocated in 2 weeks. So, kindly look at the issue & please try to maintain Airtel standards of customer service. Thanks, Anant Saini [protected]@gmail.com [protected]
