Billing Errors prolonging over 9 months

In October 2013, I have opted for MyPlan for my number[protected]. (I also have another number[protected] for which I opted for this plan later). The consolidated bills (postpaid) for these numbers till this action was taken was regularly generated on the 7th of each month. SIM Deactivated without grace period
