In October 2013, I have opted for MyPlan for my number[protected]. (I also have another number[protected] for which I opted for this plan later). The consolidated bills (postpaid) for these numbers till this action was taken was regularly generated on the 7th of each month. From November 2013, bills don't even get generated till the time I please for them and AirTel's response has been tardy to say the least inspite of my raising it...
