[Resolved] Airtel — Prepaid 3g sim data not working | |||
I have a 3G SIM no [protected] since mar 2013. Now when I travel I normally recharge my 3G data for around 33 to 500 MB. When I switch on the data connection for internet etc, the icon comes and one recieves smses regularly in all states but i am unable to get internet or data download for that matter. I normally use mthisnin my Samsung tablet GT3100 with all settings in place including data when roaming, but in the last few months that I have been travelling to whether it has been hyderabad, bangalore or chennai it does not cannect to data. The surprising thing is that when I connect to my home Wifi system, it works perfectly. I have also shown it to a authorised service centre who have certifed that the tablet is in perfect working condition.
