[Resolved]  Airtel — Prepaid Mobile App Failed Transaction

I have made recharge of Rs.598.00 through Union Bank Of India debit card on 18.112021 at 16.59 hrs. I got SMS from AIRTEL that your recharge is under progress and wait for 2 hrs.

After 2 hours, Airtel customer care AA-AIRINF sent sms as transaction failed. Contact your Bank.

Checked with my Bank next day, they have told no message or refund effected from Airtel Bank. Even after 14 days AIRTEL people not refunded my failed transaction amount of Rs.598.00. Sent more than 5 e-mails to their wecare, 121 @airtel.in, customer care, but all in vain.

Subsequently complaint given to Union Bank & Prime minister Office, after this bank refunded money on thursday.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
