Airtel Prepaid Mobile Recharge — Recharge not done. Regarding Order#[protected] | Amount not Refunded | |||||
Hello consumer support, I had recharged my Airtel number +91 [protected] via net banking through the Airtel Thanks App (Order Id:[protected]. I had used my ICICI BANK NRI account to make the said payment of Rs.558/-. The transaction had been successfully processed from the bank on the 1st Sept 2021, and the amount has been debited. We had raised a query regarding the same to the customer care executive on the above mentioned transaction not been successful. As a normal procedure we did give it a lead time to wait for 7 working days hoping the amount would reflect back to the account. But unfortunately it's been around 20 days and we had not received any positive response from the either side. The bank has mentioned the confirmation mail from airtel that amount not received. I emailed Airtel on 21st sep 2021 [protected]@in.airtel.com. No reply from airtel. Also enclosing for your reference, the transaction confirmation message and bank statement.
