[Resolved] Airtel — Prepaid number wrong payment | |||
Hello everybody, I'm writing this message to not only get my money back from airtel but also create awareness about how even you can lose your hard earned money. I have always been using postpaid Sims of different companies but for the first time I thought of trying an airtel prepaid Sim to save some money. The main issue is that today (November 7) morning I made a recharge of Rs 501. How's that a mistake? Because Rs 501 is for some Singapore airtel smart plan for those who are planning to visit Singapore. I don't know how many people are aware of this but how the hell am I supposed to know? Even after discussing this issue with 2-3 airtel executives they are saying that the only solution is to visit Singapore and use that plan.. Sounds absurd, right? But absolutely true. No warning or message highlighting that 501 is for international roaming will pop up. So people that's how you lose your money instantly through airtel. Please share this message. My airtelmobile no.is [protected]. I am unable to dectivate IMLEE in my mob.number, hence I am charged Rs.75 for 15 days & deactivate supercharge charged Rs.99/- for one month . Kindly deactivate above services, immediately and confirm.

I really feed off with your service, I have requested and paid amount rs 3788 for new broadband connection on 4th Oct 16. Still I didn't got a new connection and money back ... It's really very worst experience with barthi Airtel..
