Airtel — prepaid recharge unsuccessful | |||
I recharge My mobile no [protected] on 4 March 2018* for 448 Rs through internet banking but due to some technical issues web page didn't go for next step so I refresh the page and do it again all the step this time it was successful. But to my surprise my account balance was deducted twice for the same amount. I check on my bills statement with reference no[protected] it is showing fail transaction i am attaching bill copy of fail transaction below . I contacted to my bank for the same and they are telling me to contact the Marchant to refund. I Register a complaint [protected]@in.airtel.com on 15 march 2018 with ticket no PR[protected] and PR[protected] on 17 march but till now no response i need my 448 RS refunded in earliest stage. its been 15 days i made that recharge but no refund i used other service provider like vodafone and Rcom this type of deduction happened with them also but they refund the money with in 10 days where as Airtel customer service people not even responded to my complaint . In the mail they are telling to respond within 24 hours but its been 4 days but no response from them. Was this information helpful? | |||
