[Resolved] Airtel — Prepaid SIM not functional | |||
I am unable to send outgoing calls, my internet pack is not working, and the app is showing balance as NA. Nothing is working on my SIM at all My prepaid sim number is [protected] And this has absolutely never happened before. My SIM is in the primary slot of my redmi note 3 cell phone the way it always has been. This problem started right after midnight on 12 April 2017. Kindly help resolve issue at the earliest as it is extremely critical that I should be able to at least receive and send calls Was this information helpful? | |||
