Airtel — prepaid simply temporarily out of service

My airtel prepaid no [protected] is temporary out of service i was out of station due to some domestic reasons i want to start my number what are the steps to restart the number i went to customer care centre at abohar punjab 152116 but they gave me airtel 4g sim but this sim is also temporary out of service when called will company help me to restart my airtel number i have given this number in many important offices i hardly need this number if company give new sim with same number is am ready to take it if so than what i do for this. I am permanent member of company i have some other no. Of company which are in the name of my family members so if company help me i shall be highly greatful to the company in future i assure you that i shall continue with the company please solve this problem as early as possible
