[Resolved] Airtel — prepaid to postpaid migration issues | |||
I requested through MY AIRTEL App for a prepaid to postpaid conversion. The steps were simple and the processing went fine untill the address verification part. One 22nd December 2018 I received message stating that the postpaid conversion has started and my prepaid sim got disconnected. Right after that no updates form Airtel for the last 48 hours. I directly visited airtel centre and reached to chat care numbers as well. No one knows what happened and seems they are unable to find any requests on the system. I sent an email to nodal officer an hour before and yet to get a response. Quite frustrating because am unable to process any of my banking activity as the number is disconnected. Dec 24, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Received an email stating that the activation was done. It's resolved now Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||

Im facing some issue with my outgoing call since last 3-4days. I am unable to call any jio or Airtel mobile number. Please look into the issue and resolve it.

Call forwarding is being activated on my number could you just deactivate call forwarding to +91659 my number is [protected] please solve my problem immidataly I am calling today to customer care but problem not solved please deactivate call forwarding this is humble request
