Airtel — Privacy threat to customers

Airtel registered a pre&post jammu and kashmir connection to my email id without my permission.Now I have been receiving all the personal data and bills of a person who is not me.I contacted airtel from all the ways possible and they refused to do anything about it and said they can't do anything.From more than 5 months i am concerned about someone else's privacy and also the inconvinience caused by the mails to me but airtel says they cannot fix it.Also they irresponsibly handled someone's personal data to me, a total security breach.Nothing has been done till today and when asked Umaira Nadeem (airtel pre&post senior executive)about the personal details of the connection, she replied you can post it anywhere we don't care after that she deliberately hung my calls.
Airtel does not care about the privacy of its customers just beaware of these incompetents.
