[Resolved]  Airtel — problem facing post paid to prepaid convert mobile no [protected].

Sir, i have switched from reliance CDMA to Airtell GSM service in the hope of connecting with India's leading company. i was told that i can convert my postpaid to prepaid after 3 months. After 3 months i have visited Andheri (east) gallery i.e. rapid telecome 7-8 times, most of time they have server problem, although they are accepting new connection forms.1-2 time they don't have sim card. After lot of visits finally i have submitted form along with required documents. After 20-25 days of submitting forms my connection have not changed. when i contacted gallery again it is told to me that your request is still in process.
