Airtel — problem in porting number from idea, no support from airtel | |
I am applying to airtel for porting my number to airtel. Each time the airtel store gives me sim saying the number will be ported within 10-15 days. I have received messages that validation of documents have been completed. Airtel activation update requested no.[protected]. Nothing done, received no update till date. It is ridiculous that a customer is visiting airtel store time & again and spending time and money and the staff is giving only some words that the porting will be done. I have given porting code to airtel : I) ad648887/ expiry 6-8-2017 2) id798166/ valid[protected] 3) id568117 valid[protected] 4) id675471 valid[protected] 5) id829134 valid 5-1-2018 I request you to inform if airtel is not capable of porting the number so i will switch to some other service provider like voda, aircel.
