[Resolved] Airtel — Product activation | |||
My number is [protected] and through MNP from Reliance I came into Airtel. For activation i called 59059, i tried again and again I am getting the response " sim activation is in process please switch off mobile and switch on after 30 minutes". One of Your Airtel Representative called me (No-+91-[protected]) and said that i can activate my number only when i am in home circle i.e Delhi. The same day other Representative(No-121) i called in Airtel Customer care said me that i can activate the number from Mumbai itself. So who is correct please confirm and how can my concern (I.e the activation of my no ) be resolved.
