Airtel — puk code and date of birth

My airtel sim card is locked and its asking for puk code. So i called on the customer care number (121) but they were asking for the date of birth in dd/mm/yyyy format but after inputting it, it says that the date of birth is wrong how is that possible, how come it shows wrong. Here is some issue with their system. I need help here because my sim card is locked and i am not able to connect to the executive due to the corona virus outbreak. I have recharge my airtel sim card on 17th april 2020 and i am not able to use internet because of this issue and other call or sms through this package provided by them. I am trying to connect through them but it says that it is not possible due to outbreak which is shocking beacause they call all their customer to give reminder to recharge their phone but have not kept operational their customer service. I want my refund of the package and want my sim card to get unblocked.
