[Resolved]  Airtel — raised complaints but never resolved by airtel

In feb2017 my brother paid for airtel tv connection and connection was installed by an engineer in my old parents presence.
There was no dish antenna installed by airtel engineer. He just gave us new airtel box with card inside and remote control.
Connected this box to the existing dish tv antenna which was installed by different company 6 years ago.
In this my parents paid for new complete connection but never got complete kit delivered. 10 meter wire and dish antenna was missing at that time.
In may 2017 i paid for multi connection and it was 2000 inr in advance for year.
Again wire was connected to the dish antenna which was not installed by airtel.
Basically we found all this information about dish antenna on 20 june 2017, an engineer visited to sort out no signal problem.
He told us dish antenna is not working properly that's why signal is weak. Dish antenna needs to be replaced. I said it's just 4 months ago we got new antenna installed up there. When i went up on roof, found there is none dish antenna belongs to airtel.
I tried to explain this matter by raising complaints to cc, local dealer, nodal and all top management but never got resolution.
They are asking to pay again for the stuff i never delivered at my premises.

Me and my has two airtel dth connections at home without airtel dish antenna.

Hi
I have attached photo taken by me to show the interruption of signal, it's the same from 20thJune2017.
In my complaint I have explained everything but still no action taken.
Unfortunately I have for an year in advance, that's why Airtel staff don't bother to come forward to help me.
Definitely from next year I will throw Airtel box in bin . Coz it's useless
