Airtel — reactivate my existing airtel number [protected]

Dear airtel,

I am an existing airtel customer & my number is [protected]. My sim is deactivated recently due to missing mobile & i taken duplicate sim for same number & sim no. Is[protected]u.

Please note i forget my registerd email id & currently using email id is emerald. [protected]@gmail.com

Please help me for reactivation immideatly.

Since many months they started spamming my number in the name of A$-TFAROT .. I called customer care couple of times they said they can't do anything .. and left me suffer .. Airtel is really a low class brand now a days .. I really wish they shutdown their business in india
My data is getting exhaust 100% without using more apps please asap look for it.
If you don't make it correctly I will need to port to another sim.So asap please make it correct
