Airtel — really making fool to their innocent customer/subscriber | |||||
Just before 1.5 or 2 Months My SIM was belongs to UNINOR/TELENOR 3G (UP West) and Mobile/Dongle Internet was really best and most satisfied then subsequently it was converted into AirTel (UP West) but it's Internet is really going worst than 2G. I already set My Mobile's Network as 4G VOLTE, 3G & 2G which one is available but airtel's network is not serving even 3G in best Way even after recharged for Rupees ₹ 448. Rearly it provides 3G as H+ which is quiet good but for 3.5 Hours among 24 Hours. Airtel is providing 2G as E. And When I tried to call Airtel's Customer Care Helpline or Complaint Registration Number on 197 then Airtel Cut off or Ended My Call itself. What to do? Was this information helpful? | |||||
