Airtel — Recharge done but data not credited. Complaint closed without resolution.

Recharge of Rs 279 was done on[protected]Transaction ID:[protected]. Payment was successful but data benefits (1GB/day) were never credited. I raised multiple complaints and Airtel promised resolution by 8 January and again by 14 January, but no action was taken. The issue was wrongly marked as resolved. Due to this delay, my number became inactive and I had to recharge again. I request immediate refund or adjustment of the amount.
