Airtel — recharge failed, but money not refunded

Dear sir,

This is sashikant, an airtel network user (Odisha), would like to raise a complaint that on 2nd aug)'2020 morning 9.1 0 am, i was making a mobile prepaid recharge of rs. 558 in airtel thanks app. I made payment through google pay (Upi-based), my account was debited but recharge failed. After sometimes, i got a text message from airtel, i. E "hi, your online recharge of rs. 558.0 for airtel number 9178* via transaction id[protected] got failed. The amount of rs. 558.0 will be refunded to your account within 7-10 days."

I waited and again recharged my number at 12.30 am of 3rd aug by paying rs. 598 in airtel thanks app. But till now, the deducted amount is not refunded to my account. I had mailed a formal complaint to airtel on the next day, but didn't get any response. That's all.
So therefore i request you kindly resolve the issue and refund my money as soon as possible.
