Airtel — recharge not done - [protected] | |||
I have recharged for a amount of rs.150 to mobile number [protected] on 14-dec-17 using zaakmobikwik through online and transaction done by hdfc bank. After the amount deducted from my account the pop-up shows that "the recharge was unsuccessful", so i thought the amount will refund automatically to my account, but this was not done yet. Please check and recharge or credit my amount asap. Still I not received any response from Airtel, as discussed with my bank that confirmed the amount debited from my account. Please do the needful. Thanks in advance.
