[Resolved]  Airtel — Recharge not done but amount is deducted

Hello Airtel,

I have recharged my mobile through the Union Bank of India mobile app on 4th July, 2017 at 19:18hrs. The recharge seems to be still in progress when the recharge status on the bank app is checked. Also, the amount is debited from my bank account. There is no option in Airtel customer care IVR menu to talk to the customer service executive and also in order to check the status of the recharge done. I think this is ridiculous. The following are the details of the recharge:

Some random calls are coming to my number saying they are from Airtel customer care and they are using abusive language.
