Airtel — recharge not done but money deducted

I recharged the phone today i got two msg but my phone didn't got recharged and the money is deducted. The details are as follows:-
Bill payment of rs. 399 has been initiated towards your airtel mobile [protected]. Txn id:[protected]. The payment will get posted to your airtel account within maximum 4-hours. Please keep this txn id for future reference.

Money deducted but phone doesn't recharged

Thx for inb txn of rs.399 frm a/c x2496 to bharti air... Ref#igaijonag4 on 25mar20. If not done, fwd this sms to [protected] to block inb or call [protected].
I have mailed this by my registered mail dr. Rajesh. [protected]@gmail.com but got no reply. Customer care is not available due to lockdown. Please help.
