[Resolved] Airtel — Recharge not given by the airtel. | |||||
I have done my airtel recharge by the state bank of india internet banking on june 6, 2016. i have done 2 recharge 1 is debited by the bank while asking the customer care they did not help me just giving me a harassment. they did not help me .just put my call on hold .its nt a matter of money or money is important for a common man. reference number of 100 rs recharge---IN74220635 which is not done reference number of 84 rs recharge---IH74221482 which is credited to my sbi account attaching my bank details They misguide me please help me as soon as possible. thank you. how much time will you take to refund only 100 rs.
from June 6 there is no call regarding my complaint you are giving me a lot of harassment
you are here to help your customer but with sadness i have to say you did not give satisfaction to a customer or consumer.your staff is not helpful
my money is 100 not 10000 you are taking a huge time to refund it.
please with a humble request for a common man this money is well important i have submitted my bank details if anything needs to you please contact me and solve my problem
