Airtel — Recharge not received | |||||
Dear admin, I have initiated an online recharge of rs.257 for my airtel mobile no: [protected] with the transaction id bearing no:[protected] dt.6.9.2016. I was successfully directed to bank site (Corporation bank) and i have done the payment for which i have received the confirmation from bank mentioning the reference number:[protected]. But after making the payment i was not redirected to merchant site. I am amazed to see that neither my number received the said recharge of rs.257 nor i have received any mail from merchant site saying about unsuccessful transaction.
