Airtel — recharge of 199 done for airtel prepaid

I have recharged my mobile number
[protected] through net banking for rs. 199 on 25th november 2019 and received an sms with transaction reference, recharge done on[protected]:17pm, mrp:rs199.00, gst 18% payable by company/distributor/retailer, transid[protected]. To check your balance, validity, call tariff and best recharges, dial *121*51# or download airtel thanks app, click www.airtel.in/5/LBNV and airtel1/del/prepaid txn#. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now i got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.
