I didn't get amazon prime membership aftrr recharging with 299 after clicking on link i go to airtel thanks app then i opened it and then i went to claim amazon prime membership after that i click on that claim award i got to recharge again and showing looking for more rewards screen what the hell is that i already done that recharge

Recharge done on 8 sep in morning
I want my amazon prime membership otherwise i want my money refunded asap
