I have recharged my Mob No.[protected] online with Rs.349.00 on 22/05/2017 by Order no.[protected]/DC Tran No.[protected]. My account is debited but the airtel balance is not received. On calling the phone numbers available on website I was unable to the get the correct person to address my grievance. Company stopped the service of my airtel sim [protected] after i didnt used it for while . i dont receive any signal . it is very important to me as my google account is linked to it and im not able to recover my account . please reactivate my number
