Airtel — recharge of rs 509 not reflected | |||
On 14.04.2018, at 1807 hrs, i initiated recharge on phone number [protected] for rs.509. The process of payment through hsbc credit card was gone through. After entering the otp, waited for over 15 minutes and the recharge was not reflected in the account. But the amount (Rs.509) had been charged to my credit card account. When i contacted hsbc this morning, i understood that the transaction had been through. The reference given is 003136. Kindly check and arrange for either refund of the amount to my credit card account or complete the recharge of the phone [protected].
