Airtel — Recharge successful but its scheme is not activated | |
After I recharge an Airtel unlimited pack online of Rs.219 for a validity of 28 days through RecharCube on[protected] at around 12:08 on Airtel mobile number [protected] it was shown that it was successful and the money was also deducted from my bank account tx#[protected] for Rs.219.00 but it is not activated on the said mobile number and while making calls it is still saying that the validity has expired and it is not activated. I recharge my Airtel account Rs.300. after recharging the amount message shows Rs .300 is no longer a valid recharge. What i can do for debited amount

I recharge my sister airtel account Rs.299 and again recharge Rs.99. Still it's saying that the validity has expired and it is not activated. Amount has been debited. How can I refund my money? Please help me return my money or else activate the account [protected].

Transaction is done, amount has been debited, got a conforming message regarding the plan through sms, but the plan wasn't activated. My recharge plan is the 128rupees plan, &now I need u to correct this, or else refund my money back to my account.
i recharged it twice once in 13th sept and other on 29th sept, both time same 239 recharge but its not reflecting. again recharged today of 209, but no service is activated. No incoming/ outgoing calls are happening, no messages are coming, see for yourself that my validity is also same as before. For registering in airtel thanks app, it asks for otp but when I am not able to get an otp how will I register on airtel app. The recharge is not reflecting here, if it would then the validity should have extended... please look into this.
