Airtel — recharge unsuccessful but my money is debited | |||||
I recharged my number on[protected], after payment process, the website displayed that recharge was unsuccessful due to following reasons, insufficient funds in the back. But when i checked my bank account 199 rs have been deducted under airtel payment. I have never faced such problem before. Now i request you to refund my money back. I have change my number from postpaid to prepaid, from then I am unable to recharge my phone. Now the outgoing and incoming service has been banned. I am stuck, unable to recharge nor call customer care. I am an Airtel postpaid customer from 2 years. This is unacceptable behaviour from Airtel.
