Airtel — recharged my airtel number but failed and money debited from my bank account

I recharged my airtel number [protected] on (15/4/2020) with rs 598.0 through my airtel app using netbanking. A message came saying bill payment of rs. 598.0 has been initiated towards your airtel mobile [protected]. Txn id:[protected]. The payment will get posted to your airtel account within maximum 4-hours and the money deducted from my hdfc bank account.

Afterwards a message came saying payment failed: your recent transaction for airtel mobile number: [protected], amount - rs. 598.0 and txn id[protected] has failed but my money was debited.

So please kindly refund my money (Rs 598.0) otherwise recharge my airtel number [protected].
