Airtel — recurring issues in airtel fiber internet

I have been facing the subject issue since July 5 onwards. We are using Airtel 999 monthly rental plan that has got VIP Services, not sure what it means. Right from the initial shifting installation delay by 2 days, complete chaos by Airtel's Vendor team who have partnered here. The latest incident is when Airtel is not able to resolve the network issues which occurred day before yesterday until almost 48 hours. Service Request [protected] for Fiber ID: [protected]_dsl is the reference. This service interruption is for the 10th time as per records and there were many other instances which was rectified then and there by their Field engineers. I have got back the rental & additional permissible compensation for 3 times (6 days or more) which by itself is the proof for them on the quality of services provided. I have lost my credibility with my employer and clients because of internet failures, as I had to work remotely, connect Online to be able to delivery my Consultancy services using IT ERP.
