[Resolved] Airtel — reduction of 3G data within 5 days even not browsing heavy websites | |||
This is to inform you all that I am using [protected] data card number. I have recharged my number on 12/10/2014 for an amount of Rs.455/- (2GB 3G data) browsing only news paper sites, Facebook, gmail. On 18/10/2014 my data got over don't know how???? Again I have recharged on 02/11/2014 for the same amount and on 06/11/2014 again data got over. I need clarification on this, full details of my data usage of both recharges and want the full amount (Rs.455+Rs.455) to be returned. This is the way you people are cheating with your customers and increasing your revenue. Looking for a positive reply from Board of Directors. Was this information helpful? | |||
