[Resolved] Airtel — refund excess amount paid

Dear Sir, I paid Airtel 2400 Rupee excess then my postpaid bill against no. [protected] (which services I have been closed) . After complaining customer care Airtel or nodal officer they ask me to send cancelled cheque to get back my amount. But after lapse of time and several attempt to reach them, still the amount not credited to my account. Please direct me how to get back my access amount.

As previous complaint submitted by me. Airtel neglect that they have not received any payment which is not justified because i all those mail which they assured me to return my payment. Sir kindly instruct the airtel. I m submitting mail copies. Thanking you
