Airtel — refund for failed transaction (amount deducted from my end)

The Bill payment of my postpaid no[[protected]], using Airtel App has failed
I had done the payment using phonePe wallet

The transaction reference ID is [C1906121610487324565437] thetransaction amount was of Rs. 1568 on 12 June 2019, deducted between 3 - 3.30 am.

Please look into the matter, and either credit my phone account or my bank account.
