[Resolved] Airtel — Refund not done till now

I had done transactions by my airtel app on dated 12 jun 2017.
its 2 transaction and both are failed.
so i got the message that, you will get your refunded amount within 7days, but still i have not get anything, so kindly process my refund amount ASAP.
MY Txn IDs = [protected] and[protected]...

I had mailed same to airtel and even I got reply Below..
