[Resolved]  Airtel — Refund not given

I applied for airtel broadband on 7/7/2016 and my booking ref was ontmbanga80892672c
Next day i got a call from for submitting my documents and paying installation amount. I submitted my documents and paid 1000/-rs to the airtel person. He informed me that my connection will be installed within 3 days but it was not installed for 15 days also. I kept calling customer care for my connection issue and they informed me that due to some technical issue the connection is not installed and on 23/07/2016 i was informed that their dp box is full so they cant give new connection. And my amount will be refunded. My refund cheque was couriered through professional courier on 27/07/2016 its ref no. Is 769639. But i never received that cheque so, i called proffesional courier but nobody picked up the call. I had to call airtel again and informed the same on 31/07/2016. They registered my complain and said it will be resolved complain ref no. 70766552. But my issue was not resolved so i wrote a mail to the appealete. And they said that they will wire transfer my refund amount so i provided them with the details requested by them but my amount was not refunded and i got a call from airtel saying that they are not able to trace the amount that is why the delay is happening. Today is 17/08/2016 and i have not recwived my amount yet. My airtel account no. [protected]. Please help in resolving this issue.
