Airtel — still sim not activate when post to pre request given

I had given request to airtel kalkaji new delhi outlet on 22 june 2016 for post to pre. Ms suman was the advisor, she had given me one pre paid sim (8991101sos06944s961u) that was corrupted that she told when i visited after one week. She replaced my sim[protected]u) but that sim does not have network.
Today i again visit the same outlet one these told me my no is active so again he replaced my sim[protected]u) and told wait for 5hrs but still my no is not activate.
Everyone given wrong commitment. I want my no should start otherwise i will take some serious action.

What happened!!!
Is this your way to resolve my request? I have mail you separately as well as by this comment but no response from your side.
So that i am very frustrated with airtel service.

Updated by rroushansri Any update of my no [protected].
Since past 1year im facing network & data issue, even your C care executive saying they need time to resolve one year is enough resolve below issue..
Even your engineer visited the place & informed network issue is there, Even customer care guys so careless giving silly answer each time i called.
Its final mail that sending to airtel.
There is no Popper response for AIRTEL
