today that is16 August i got the message that my data has finished. i have no choice but to recharge 1GB3Gdata 28 days for rs 252.00. through debit card.

      It is intimated that I had recharged for internet service for Rs.175 on 03 Aug 2016. Transaction ID:[protected]

      No service was available despite repeated complaints.

      Then you illegally deducted Rs.35/ - on 09 Aug as internet usage charges.

      Repeated Calls made to 121 & 198 were not fruitful as communication with executive was not available.

      On 14/08 I was able to speak to your executive around 6.15 pm.

      Thereafter he made some settings & internet worked for sometime.

      Now the same is not available.

      You are cheating your customers.
      Your service is the worst in India. I don't know what service you are providing in other countries.

      Your appellate authority has not bothered to call or even understand my problem.
      His reply was that I have been charged Rs.35/- as usage charges without even going through my complaint. It is certain to me that the appellate authority has not even read my complaint or is unable to read & comprehend the communication.

      Your clients deserve better service.

        This a complaint regarding the very calous and irresponsible behaviour of airtel in providing broadband connection after the payment of rs1000 as advance for seeking a connection, which was done 2 weeks back. Airtel promised connection in 2 days, whereas they have been delaying the connection with lame excuses till today. I want prompt action to be taken against them as soon as possible, as i have been suffering professionally as well as financially due to such bad service of the company...

          I have taken up the Airtel connection for landline and broadband services on 11th July 2016. And within a fortnight the connection has had no service. I have been calling their customer care since 4th August 2016 but no solution or certainty on when will the problem be corrected. I have put a request for cancellation of the connection and refund of money taken by their executive at the time of registration of the connection. But I haven't received any feedback from them on this as well. The services was taken up for my shop and every day is causing a business loss which the Airtel is not ready to understand or consider. Please help me resolve the issue and refund of my registration money of Rs 500.

              I am using an Airtel Broadband Connection (40GB quota with 16mbps - after which the speed reduces to 512kbps).
              For past 3-4 months, I have been seeing that my quota is getting exhausted very quickly, within 7-10 days of the start of billing cycle, where I do not have this much amount of data usage,
              There has been cases where there hasnt been anyone at home and still a lot of data was consumed.
              Atleast 2-3 GB's is getting consumed everyday.

              I have done lots of things to check and restrict data usage:
              1. Frequently changing the SSID Name and private key of my Router.
              2. Restricting Access to only few systems on MAC Address Filter basis.
              3. Changing the Router Admin Credentials.

              I have already raised it a number of times to the Airtel Customer Care and Nodal Office, but it has been of no use.
              They are referring that if you are seeing this much has been consumed, it must have been consumed by you, there is no issues from there end.
              There hasnt been any support from Airtel Executives.

              I am facing a lot of trouble due to this issue, I feel like being duped of my trust and money over Airtel.

              Airtel has been making all false promises about the best service and network, and at the background they are cheating people of their trust and hard earned money.

              So, as a last venue, I am raising a complaint in the consumer forum.

              I have been an Airtel Broadband customer for past 8-10 years, havent encountered any such issue earlier, but I dont see any other choice but to Disconnect Airtel Broadband completely, if this issue persist for long.

                Inspite several times contact your call centre nothing get rectify .. in particular location showing full network and I am able to access internet and even to do outgoing call but incoming call getting rejected as reason not reachable/unreachable kindly take this matter urgently and do needful..

                  I paid my airtel landline ([protected]) bill amount₹.750/- on 22/6/2016.
                  And to my surprise the amount 750 was debited 2 times. one in the name of "bhartiairtel" and other in the name of "www.airtel.in".
                  I don't understand everytime i make a online payment visa-password is asked. then without me entering the visa password how did airtel debit ₹.750/- from my account the second time on the same date after 2 minutes i made the payment.
                  And how did visa allow this to happen.
                  After giving the bank passbook copy, bank statement copy airtel people are not refunding my amount.
                  So many mails and calls done to airtel but of no use, everytime a new person talks and ask me to explain from the beginning.

                    Bharti airtel being leading company of telecom industry, having a huge customer base and superb network. Now, a day airtel has started open network challenge. I think its just an advertisement and not able to fulfil there commitment. Even not able to provide basis 2g network also. India is developing and transforming toward the digital india, dreams of mr. Modi ji towards the world super power and in india telecom companies are busy to compete between themself.

                    You are challenging that the airtel has best network, when someone call to your customer support on 12118 the telecaller says that they are facing some network issues and please call after 4 hrs is it the best network???

                    Requested please look into the matter and resolve the network related issues as soon as possible.

                          Disappointed by the sales team in bangalore!!! On 30th july 2016, airtel broadband connection sales executive mr fayaz ([protected]/[protected]) took rs 600 as installation charges for new broadband connection and also told that within two days installation will be done. But it's more than 15 days now and still the connection has not been done. I tried to call mr fayaz many times but he ignored my calls.. My serial number of the pef on installation counter slip is : tblr7170722. This is very unprofessional behaviour from airtel. Please make sure installation is done asap.                                 I bought airtel sim in June 2016 and I am having network issues since July mid as it shows on the screen of the phone "no service" since past one month. I called up customer care agent and he said that there is issue in my area's tower which isnt certainly true as I could not access network even in other locations. This is sheer misleading in the part of the service agents. I am facing a lot of problem due to no network as I am unable to make any outgoing calls and recieve the same. Pls resolve the problem asap else I will have to change my number and spread a bad word about the same with addition to it take a legal action for the same, since you guarantee a full time service availability to the customers.

                                  Myself manmohan sharma ([protected]) using airtel postpaid connection from last 4 to 5 years of panipat, haryana. Since two last 2 months i started facing problem with my data connectivity so discussed with customer care but permanent solution was provided so i decided to port my no. When i sent the message for portability to 1900, i received a call from customer care with their intention of my retention. The customer executive said the problem will resolved with in four days. So i was happy...

                                  That was just a lolly-pop... Just after 2 days, i started facing new problems. I received so many missed calls from some of anonymous international numbers ([protected],[protected], [protected],[protected], [protected],[protected],[protected], [protected], [protected]). All these numbers were auto-redialed by my cell without my knowledge. The duration were ranging from 15 min to 2 hours...!!!... Then what happens everybody knows the piled up biillls... As soon as i came to know about my high bills i called customer care to check and take action they just said wait till the bill is generated.

                                  After bill generation airtel customer service started calling and harassing me to pay that unduly charged high bill amount. They started mental harassment and torture. I asked them to deactivate my international call facility and block call receiving from international numbers, amazingly they refused and bluntly said to pay the bill otherwise your services will be debarred. All this solved their problem of my retention,... Until and unless i pay the bill my number can't be ported and now there is no action for my problem of data connectivity... The actual problem from where the story started still prevails...!!!

                                  After a lot of heated communication and emails they recommended me to take new sim of airtel with the same number but first i have to pay the bill. Even after discussion with their nodal officer (Jayaprakash singh) there was no solution. I told them that i will pay my bill of all domestic calls, i requested them to check my all the calls, earlier there were no communication from my side to any of these numbers. I told them to check my call and bill history, i never had such a high bill and these numbers in my call history. But there was no response from their side, other than single statement of "pay the bill otherwise your number will be debarred. And they did it now... The fu... Rs.

                                  Their nodal officer always send the same email in reply of my all mail that"your problem is noted, we will investigate and ensure this not happens to other customers in future". But what about me...???... Are we here to get f_c_d up always and you the same statement to all your customers. They did't solved the actual problem but created a new problem for me. Where is transparency as they say with some fukre's in their tv commercial... Everything is for money.

                                  They did't solved my initial problem of data connectivity. First they say wait for bill generation we can't do anything, then they say pay the bill we can't do any thing and now they bedarred my all mobile services and now calling me everyday, causing me mental torture, harassment and threatening of judicial action for not paying the bill. I request if any one of who is reading please guide me for taking legal action against airtel.

                                      After a 52 days they still not refund my money. Every time they just said we trying to initiate but after that no solution, if you could do something in this matter then please help me. Otherwise don't make fool peoples like this consumer complaints sites.

                                        There is issue of tower in my village patti, post office dasaut, samastipur, bihar.
                                        The signal strength for voice calling is about 1 or two in outside but when i enter in the house the signal strength becomes zero. So please solve the issue. I have complaint the customer care regarding this but no solution for the signal regarding. Due to this problem i can't use the internet and other services.

                                        There is no response from the customer care.
                                        I can't connect to bundle menu in *121# etc and can't recharge through voucher while doing so I receive a message "error occurred (538) plz try after some time . what should I do
