I am a customer of Airtel number [protected].I was happy to connect with the Airtel 4G network but I do not appreciate the service from the customer care in which I faced a lot of trouble for 20 days.

When the data pack was exhausted, despite of confirming thrice on the first call with the customer care, still it was misguided and informed that there was another technical issue and advised to take help from the nearby Airtel store. As it was checked at the nearby local store, it was advised that the sim needs to be replaced. Even after getting the sim card replaced and being payed for the sim card, the net connection didn't get resolved. Again when we called the customer care, they logged an incorrect request as an outdoor router even after being informed as an indoor router twice. After seven days the technician visited and went back giving an excuse that it's an indoor router issue.

It still didn't get stopped.We again logged a request through a customer care executive explaining overall concern once again in which we assured that it's an indoor router but again it was logged as an outdoor router. I received a call after few days in which became aware that the request was logged as an outdoor router in which the correction was done as an indoor router but the technician again visited but couldn't resolve the issue.

Finally when I connected to Applet officer, it was said that it will take 5-7 days to resolve the issue. Unfortunately after giving the call again the reference number was given and said that again 5-7 days will be taken and even this issue happened thrice and I got 3 reference numbers. Finally I got a call by this team 8 days stating that the data pack is exhausted.

Even after so much of trouble of more than 20 days among 30 days. We have got a huge bill amount even after using the plan the monthly plan of Rs.600/-. It is the worst service I have ever received from any organisation till now.I have each and every evidence as call records and text messages. I was happy to pay the bill if we had received the satisfied response and service but as I am totally disappointed, I want to take a strict action against them.

Kindly suggest us the proper bill so that we can pay it or else I want to proceed further by logging a complaint.

    Dear Airtel

    We are requesting you to cancel the connection of[protected]as we are facing lot of problem after taking the connection, clearly i can say that airtel is cheating and earning money, we raised a complaint for 7 to 8 time for extra charge of 500 rupees, I'm asking for reason but i am not getting proper response, executives are openly saying that if you want to disconnect the connection then do it, this is what airtel is all about, thanks for making us to realise about the airtel customer service, we never reference airtel for anyone.

      Dear Sir,
      Sector - 4 Dwarka.
      I have been using a Airtel postpaid 3G Sim from last few months .But Its Service was not good and always used to face a Connectivity Problem . finally I went to Airtel outlet to change my 3G sim for better connectivity . The Outlet executive took my 3G sim and gave me 4G sim for better connectivity But after using 4 G Sim, same connectivity problem came.
      Again I went to Airtel outlet Located in Sector – 4 Dwarka and told to customer Care executive (i.e. Female executive) and told her abut the same connectivity problem and I returned that 4 G postpaid Sim to Female executive and requested her to block my Airtel postpaid sim on 19 feb 2016. She told me that She had requested for cancellation request.
      As I have already submitted by postpaid sim there with the hope that the female executive has raised a request for cancellation of my sim. She also confirmed me that the your sim will get blocked with in 24 hours.
      But . instead of doing deactivation of my postpaid sim, that executive used my returned postpaid sim badly .
      And I really get shocked when I came to know the bill of amount 14251.76 Rs send to my current working Mob no after three months.
      I generally used that sim for internet but that female executive used my sim badly in calling purpose.
      I requested lot for the Airtel concerning officer to heed my request and can take legal action towards their female executive. But They all are biased towards their employee.
      Its Totally the fraud done by the customer care executive in the outlet . instead of doing deactivation, that executive used my returned postpaid sim badly and made a bill of 14251.46 Rs


      Please suggest me in a right way to proceed to get justice for my Problem.

      Hi, Customer executive sent messages saying hi and had dinner and today he wats app me this is not expected from customer care executive sending personalized messages to customers is not acceptable.

        I have duly submitted POI, POA & CAF at BSNL CCN regarding port in request of my mobile no [protected] with porting code AS355533 on 27/07/2016. As per MNP scheduled on 12/08/2016 at 10.10 PM my Airtel SIM card (Old) was deactivated but BSNL SIM card (New) not active till now. I have checked MNP status at http://www.mnpindia.in/know-your-porting-status.aspx, it shows Porting is in process at the Donor Operator (Airtel) end. I think some task is remaining to complete for fulfill MNP process at Airtel end.Its is a harassment from Airtel. So, I request you to kindly look into the matter.

          This is to bring to your kind notice that I was using an Airtel postpaid connection ([protected]) since July 2015. As there was a handset bundle offer of 1 GB 3G/4G data free for 6 months along with my handset (Samsung galaxy A7) I have availed the same offer by activating the internet pack with my number.

          Hence my billing was suppose to be like 199 (basic pack) 250 (internet pack for 1 GB data) + (1GB free data) i.e. Rs.449 plus taxes as applicable.

          But unfortunately it never happened like this and on every month I was billed for the free data. The first 6 month the bill came as Rs.699 plus taxes. Every month I need to inform the same to one of the customer care executive, initially they reacted as if I am telling some stories to avoid 1 GB extra charge but on finding the fault they always rectified it and by passing a waiver and assured that from next month it will not reflect on my bill.
          Unfortunately which never happened.

          As the problem was not resolved within the first 5 months, I decided not to continue it till the end of sixth month and requested to deactivate my internet pack. Eventually, the pack was not active from then but still I was billed every month for 1 GB data pack (booster) where as I was not using any data service. Again I need to get the same rectified every month.

          As I have provided this number to my friend circle as well as to my professional level, I was bound to continue the same number and finally decided to convert it into a prepaid one. When I went to my nearest Airtel shop at Jadavpur PS, I was told that I need to pay minimum 300 rupees as there was some unbilled amount. Although the unbilled amount was not suppose to cross more than 200-220 rupees, still I have paid the amount of Rs.300 (SMS received after paying) so that they can process the request.

          Finally it got converted to prepaid account and I thought that I don't have to do constant follow up in near future which was now I consider another mistake, because even after all this, as per the bill cycle the bill got generated on 21st July 2016 amounting Rs.478.21p. They treated Rs.300 as an advance amount and deducted the same from the generated bill and forwarded me a SMS of outstanding amount of Rs.178.21 on 29th July 2016 and debited my account on 30th July.

          Just for a technical fault on their part I have faced the same problem month on month from past one year.
          Kindly let me know how you are going to refund the amount which actually went to your account. If the actual amount you calculate on pro rata basis, it should not go more than 200-210 rupees.

          This time I want my money back and not talk time.

            Hi,

            Just like we have in insurance domain/sector agents making fake/fraud calls and fake/fraud smses on behalf of an established company, now we have in telecom domain/sector too - where agents (including ladies a woman named "Priyanka" ) posing as airtel customer care executive - somehow get information about old/new airtel subscribers looking for broadband connection and try to cheat customers.

            First airtel executive rejected my broadband connection request saying it's not available in my area and later after sometime I take their wi-fi connection I get a call from a different (fraud?) agent saying earlier one was a mistake & that my it's available in my area! Is it genuine mistake or should we not smell something fishy?

            If mistake - this is misrepresentation of facts/information, lack of coordination among airtel executives (if mistake) as a whole by their staff - all the way from lower levels up to senior most executives (Mittal's listening?)! What are they doing to prevent such frauds, not even an sms has been sent out by them to warn customers.

            I got a robo-call & later a call from one Priyanka saying that I had requested broadband connection and upon enquiring further I didn't find her very convincing in her responses to my queries esp regarding which airtel office is she is calling from? who she is from airtel? how did she get my info as well as why she claims airtel executive made feasibility mistake. I already had a connection by now so wanted to know how & why she thinks I needed a connection now - customers pls. beware of such fraud on behalf of airtel.

            Hope they set processes in place to help bring trust levels up for sincere customers or else we need to weigh options...don't waste hard earned money and get duped.

              Airtel marketing people collected money from me after that they told feasibility not available in your area. So, we refund the amount to your bank account through neft within 2 days if you provide the bank details. According to their instructions i am provided my bank details to them but they didn"t refund the amount to me its already one month over from the complaint

                  Dear Sir,

                  As stated and explained more than 10 times to different representative and spending over 15 hours to your store managers (saket and lajpat Nagar), as well as your retention team, I shall explain my issues once again.

                  1) Over billing of various services over the past few months, have to double check bill every month, and waiver for the same is allocated after nearly every bill.
                  2) Data-usage problems have been recognised by your representatives, but they say they are restricted in what they can do to help. 12GB (plus an additional 7.2GB per month allocated) data finishing in less than 7 days, for business personal, with no streaming other than access to mails and whatsapp, is completely unacceptable.
                  3) 1GB data was added through your Airtel store in Lajpat, which even before usage, was finished in 2 hours!! No explanation of that is given by you.
                  4) Rs.500 worth smart bytes were added as a complimentary gesture by your Airtel Store Branch Manager in Lajpat Nagar, but has been charged on my bills.
                  5) Two roaming charges of Rs.75 as well as Rs.99 have been charged since August Last year on the number [protected], which is again said to be a problem encountered by input of bills at your back end.
                  6) Your retention team (Ms. Rajkumari) called on 6th of August to resolve the issue, and made my bill for Rs.2174 for the month of July, which again has not been updated on your system. I was given a phone number by your retention team in case I am still have issues [protected]. Have been calling this number for over a week, but no one answers this number.
                  7) As per I understanding, no one in airtel is ready to take responsibility for the same.
                  8) Upon searching over the internet, I have found many forums related to the same problems I am encountering with Airtel, still no response from Airtel on the matter has been received.

                  Please let me know, if you are capable of resolving any issues with your customers or not. So we can move to another network and end this logically loyalty that we have had with Airtel for over 20 years.

                    I have been a loyal customer of Airtel since my first ever landline connection. I had an IPTV connection for many years but all of a sudden I got a mail that the IPTV services are being discontinued. Even though I was upset, I still had faith in the services of airtel. So as mentioned in the mail, I called 121 to change my plan to DTH. But then the horriffic experience began. I was often hung upon by your customer executives. Most refused to provide me with a complaint Id. I called all numbers that were provided to me wiz. 121, 198, 44444121 etc. But no one from your company was ready to listen or help us out.
                    I request you to either help me out and respect your promises or refund me my instalation fee and cut my connection as well. I used to be a big fan of airtel customer services. Now I fell that I was really wrong in trusting in you.

                      There was a problem with my DVR set top box and after many complaints, the set top box was replaced 2 days back after paying Rs. 750 towards replacement. But even after 2 days, services have not been activated but my daily charges for my package are being deducted. Every time I contact the customer care or the Hadapsar(Pune) branch Airtel DTH Office[protected], they say it gets resolved in an hour or two but nothing happens

After few days when I want to check the call balance i.e., no.of talk time mins used by me, Airtel is informing that it is not possible. As per what they stated, a postpaid customer of Airtel could not have access to his call detail until the bill generation. And sarcastically they call themselves an open network...

                            Surprisingly today by 11 am 2.7gb used or charged by your company for using 3 hrs of videos.

                              This is regarding the pathetic service provided by airtel to their customer, I have Airtel IPTV connection on the name Ravi kumar Shukla
                              Since IPTV services are fading from 31st august we are trying to convert it to DTH since 21 july, :-

                              1- We are not provided with any tracking id /SR number they say tracking ids are for complaints only not for conversion
                              2- The customer care executive divert the call to a person who does know anything and ask for order id and bla bla which we are not provided with, this is going in circles
                              3- There is simply no coordination with team no idea whats happening
                              4- We Receive call yesterday and they said they will be sending a person for the IPTV to DTH conversion today that is on 13-august, the guy called from [protected], and his phone is going switched off now
                              Kindly improve your services to retain the customers and resolve the issue asap

                                I have done a recharge of rs.395/- after seeing the benefit of 2 GB 3g internet data as per airtel mobile app.
                                but i got only1 GB net balance and 2gb night data which i don't require and didnt ask for .
                                why are you doing something other than what you have said
                                i have not recharged for any night pack n all.
                                As per my recharge and what you have said in your mobile app, i need my benefit of 2 gb 3g net data.

                                  I have been using my Airtel Number for Past twelve Years and Airtel Deactivated it without any notice saying that its inactive even though I was using it regularly saying that it is inactive. I would like to have the same number back, as i have many dependencies using that number.

                                  This is totally unfair from Airtel, as its deactivating long standing customers.

                                    I made a recharge on my airtel cellphone connection on 12.8.2012 in new delhi. Soon thereafter i received two sms messages from airtel informing me that i have been charged & debited for rs 35 & rs 35 for subscribing automatically to megmawia & hot chillies on cell connection [protected], without any request from me & without prior notice that such charge will be made & i was also informed that my credit balance was reduced from rs 1000 to rs 930 provided after the above two debit claims.

                                    Please arrange for a refund of this charge of rs 70 wrongly debited to my account on airtel cellphone connection [protected].

                                      i had taken new connection of 4G dongle on No. [protected] on 25 mar 2016, since day 1 my data is eaten up in just matter of few minutes. many time i called up in customer care but they don't have reply other than saying that our system shows that i had consumed my data. I want know how it is possible 2GB data is consumed in 10 min?
                                      again they don't send my bill by post neither on mail, no complaints had been registered as customer care executive engaged me in talking and nonsense reply till the time call automatically disconnected else they disconnect the call.
                                      this is very poor service AIRTEL. their license to be cancelled and they should be penalised for this type of activity.

Is [protected] i downloaded my airtel app and in which i found that using jackpot offer i will get 3g night pack data by installing any one of the game and i downloaded 3 games sultan teenpatti and death racing yesterday and went through jack pot offer i downloaded apps from wynk games also and they are giving information that i[censored] download any game through jackpot offer like sultan teen patti and etc than you will get 500 mb data and i[censored] download 3 games from wynk games than you will get woo mb data night pack but after doing all these things yet i haven't got any data so if your company is not fullfilling their promise than why you are saying like this i felt like cheated my whole family is using airtel but if airtel is doing this kind o[censored]nfair with their customer than we have no option other than portability and join other operator who doesn't cheating their own customers so if you can fix this problem than it's ok but if you don't solve our problems than we have nothing to say except choosing other operator.
