Airtel — Refund not received on Airtel Payment bank

Hlw sir,
I made a payment on 19th November of Rs 600 to amazon through my airtel payment bank. As i return the product they initiated the refund amount(rs 600) on 3rd December to my airtel payment bank. And they also gave bank reference number of this refund. But sir it already 6 working day passed still it not reflected on my airtel payment bank account. Many times i called airtel customer care help line but sir they did not help. Please help me.
