Airtel — Refund of additional payment made

Hi,

On apr13 2020, i had made 6 translation to airtel against monthly bill (Inr 597). This was due to application error. However out of 6 transaction 3 has been reverted. And 1 had been paid for the bill.
Remaining 2 transaction is not reverted till date (Inr 1194).

I have been following up with their team for last 3 month. They have closed 2 tickets already without resolution. Airtel confirmed they couldn't track the payment, hence i followed with my bank (Icici) and received confirmation the airtel confirmed that these payments are received by them.

I shared these emails and my bank statement with airtel 2 days back. I am receiving mails to share the details of the transaction regardless i have provided all that they asked for.

I request, you to look into this matter and help me recover the amount
