Dear team, I have raised a request for broadband connection but due to feasiblility issue they have not refunded. Unable to access internet on my phone from four days. The problem remains only in the area where i live. I'm not able to access internet only by airtel sim. sometimes it is accessable for 3-5 mins but after that the connectivity is completely lost.

How can I get my sim reactivated? it was working perfectly till Saturday, I am presently out of country, and my sim worked that way for 11 months.
