Made a airtel bill payment which was failed. Customer care told it will be refunded within 5-7 days. However, there is no refund yet. The details from airtel: Mobile num: [protected] Airtel transaction id:[protected] Date of payment: 13-march-2019 Payment time: 10:41pm Transaction status: failed I paid this payment through amazon pay wallet, there it was showing successful. But when checked status on airtel it was failed. The details on amazon pay: Amazon pay id: p[protected] Airtel prepaid bihar id :[protected] No refund for this bill payment yet.
