I have recharge my sister and friend. That number is [protected] and [protected] . My recharges status showed Unsuccessful but amount deducted from my Indian bank account. I want refund (Total amount 618) .My recharges done by 09/07/2016 on Saturday .still not got my refund.

I tried to pay 399 to get the offer .
The amount equal to 399 have been deducted from my account twice but no recharge was done, it stated failed but my account has been deducted with 399 twice.
I would like you to refund the amount ( 399 + 399 ) Asap please . It's been more that 10-12 days .
