Airtel — Refund status of failed transaction

Hello, I'm using your network (3G pack) for the last 3 years. I have recharged for 3G pack amounting to INR.449 through online on 25th Oct'2014. The transaction was failed but the amount has been deducted from my Bank a/c. Till date it has not credited back to my account. Once the transaction is failed you have to proper steps to refund that amount. 5 days got over till now and I'm not sure what steps you've taken so far. I'm losing my interest for these periods. You cannot expect the customer has to raise a query to you asking refund. Waste of my time and your time. Try to be a Customer friendly. The details of the failed transaction status are mentioned below for your reference. Expedite your process. sir i have recharge my airtel dth [protected] on[protected] by airtel app trn id[protected] but the transaction failed and 305 rs was debited from my a/c please do the needful for my refund

I had recharged an amount of Rs 399 on mobile no [protected] on December 20, 2019. Recharge doesn't successful but amount has been deducted from my account No.I requested you to please refund my amount.
Transaction Id is[protected]. Please find the transaction screenshot in the attachment.
I have tried to recharge for₹598 to my airtel mobile number [protected] on 23.7.20 (9am) using airtel thanks app account ([protected]). Amount ₹548 (after deducting ₹50 from wallet) debited from my bank account. But it displayed as failed transaction and you will receive the debited amount. So thereafter i have added money again to the wallet for ₹600 freshly and again recharged for ₹598.
So far i have not received the previous failed recharge repayment ₹548. Can you tell me when can i receive it?
no platform is ready to hear my grievance.

Dear Sir/ Ma'am,
It's been days but my concern still remains the same.
I have been trying to contact but in vain.
I made a recharge request of ₹599 for Jio UP East no. [protected] for which I received a coupon of ₹24 on my Airtel wallet([protected])on 13th May 2021, so the amount debited from my account was ₹575 but the recharge pack transacted was not the ₹599 one for which I received the coupon but another ₹575 one (which is International Roaming Pack )
