    I am user of airtel postpaid connection which no. is [protected]. I am facing a billing problem in the last month (Oct- 2014) usage. They have charged Rs. 2200/- for 220 MB 2G Internet charges during 20th Oct to 27 Oct, 2014. I have contract to customer care they have replied that i have been activated with zero rental internet plan so the charges are high, details of charges as per customer care for zero rental internet plan as 1. 2G 10p/10KB 2. 3G 4p/10KB. This is very surprise to see 2G internet charges excess over 3G internet charges it should be less than or equal to 3G charges. Moreover I have 3G SIM so why they have provide 2G service instead to 3G. After my argued they have booked a compliant for the same but after 2 working days I have received a message your charges are correct and you have to pay as billing amount. So my concern is – I am not a user of internet services of airtel and I have change my mobile handset and airtel automatically provided internet service without any information and instead to provide 3G service they have provide 2G service for high income. Moreover it is duty of service provider to make aware about different plans which is best suitable plan for customer. This is very unethical and unprofessional to charges so high with wrong way.

      It is really annoying that Airtel suddenly stopped my incoming & outgoing calls on 1st of. November. Ever since then i am unable to make any calls nor am i able to receive any calls. The most surprising part is that my inter net is working as always. I have did a number of complaints, called custmor care but no use. In fact one of the custmor service representative told me that my sim card is damaged even after being told that my data services are working from the same number. I never recieved any confirmation message of my complaints. Then i made an online complaint on 2nd afternoon, they assured to call me within 2hrs but neither did i recieve any call & by the evening my complaint was closed. All this is really annoying.         I charged 3G prepaid service but everytime i get 2G, service and they charge for 3G, customer service Dont have option to complain tried many times.finally Taken vodafone and their 3G is good, i live in vasant kunj Please do something about your 3G service.

            Dear Airtel, on September 19 i raised cancellation request(Request number[protected] for my 3G datacard post paid [protected] i was told by the airtel Representative that they will cancel the postpaid plan and i will not receive further bills but it seems they didn't cancel and i got a bill in October month when inquired about it i was told by mail "you have been retained as customer want to convert the number into prepaid"i dont know why i was retained as i specifically asked for cancelling my post paid plan, for the record i have not used my 3G datacard from september 19th onwards, i replied the same that i haven't used it and i raised for cancellation on September 19th and paid all outstanding bill till September and why should i pay ..i got a call from airtel representative on october 27from this number [protected] they told if within 15 days if i convert my postpaid 3G datacard to prepaid all your outstanding bills will be waived as i have not used it since september 19th..i went to the Airtel relationship centre in Brookesfield mall in coimbatore and asked them to convert into prepaid but they initially refused saying you have outstanding bill and you need to pay and i explained them about the discussion with airtel representative then they said they will send an mail to higher authorities and they can convert only after getting an approval mail request you to resolve this ASAP Regards, Hari [protected]

              From ANISH BABY THOMBRA HOUSE PONJASSERY P.O PERUMBAVOOR ERNAKULAM KERALA Pin 683547 Mob:[protected] Email: [protected]@gmail.com (SUBJECT: WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE PLAN HAS BEEN CHANGED) Complaint against AIRTEL MOBILES Sir I am a airtel postpaid customer from kerala and my mobile number is [protected] of (plan name: super saver 349 cug plan) and 199 internet pack. Before I active this internet pack 199 pack the customer care informed me that i can use 2 GB free and after 2 GB there is a charge of Rs. 99.5 per GB Now that pack is reversed with out any information. With out knowing this I used some data of 2560 MB till. (536 MB is used extra) Today(Date 01-Nov-2014, Time 05:34 PM) I called to 121 customer care regards this problam and call was piked one customer care executive named jomon he informed me that I have exceed 2 GB and after 2 GB there will be a charge of 10ps/10 KB. And i told this is not fare because if you change any plan first you need to inform me. And he told me he cannot change my plan. After some time the same date (05:52PM) i called to 198 customer care again and at that time also call picked jomon. I ask to transfer the call to his supervisor. He connected the call to a supervisor named Kiran Kumar. He talk with me very roughly and he misbehaved me. He simply told me that he doesn't do anything. if i have any complaint mail to complaint mail id and simply disconnected the call My Issuses 1st issue without my confirmation and knowledge airtel team has been changed some new plan 2nd issue customer care executive misbehaved me 3rd issue need not to pay extra money for extra data usage other than 99.5 Please reduce the extra charges of my internet use after 2 gb. I hope you understand the situation So please take immediate action for my compliant. Thanking You Anish Baby [protected]

                Hi, One of my friend is spying on me. I have Airtel and Docomo numbers for different reasons. recently i got to one that my friend has contacts in these two service providers and getting information about my ongoing calls, messages, chats everything, i dont know what else he has access to. He is trapping to skype as well. its very annoying and disturbing to me. there is no privacy in my life because of this person. i can change the number for n number of times but whats the use. if not him then some one else will start spying on. Who is responsible for this. Employees working for these operators should be held resposible for this

                  3G DONGLE NO [protected]/[protected] FVR SKTECH AND SERVICES PVT LTD AFTER 3 MONTH OUR CONNECTION WAS DISCONNECTED ON THE ISSUE OF NON PYMT. WE HAD DEPOSITED THRU NET RS 2850/- (PAY NOW .HTM) ON THE DEMAND OF YOUR EXECUTIVE MR RIZWAN KHAN [protected] REF NO 5908131 BUT WHEN WE GOT THE BILL AFTER USE OF 3 MONTHS THE AMOUNT SHOWN IN THE PAYMENT RECD COLUMN WAS 2550/- AND THERE WAS A DEMAND RAISED FOR S.TAX OF RS 315.18 AGAIN WITH DELAYED PYMT CHARGE OF RS 200 FOR 2 MONTHS. WE HAVE PAID RS 315.18 AGAIN ON 1ST NOV SO THAT OUR CONNECTION CAN BE ACTIVATED.KINDLY PROCESS REFUND FOR THE SAID AMOUNT. SECONDLY IS IT FAIR TO DISCONNECT DONGLE OF 2850 ISSUED IN COMPANY NAME FOR RS300/- AND THAT TO WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE AS PER ME IT IS TOTALLY UNETHICAL SECONDLY U CANNOT COLLECT S.TAX TWICE IT IS A LEGAL OFFENCE. WE CAN TAKE U TO CONSUMER FORUM ON THIS ISSUE. LOOK INTO THE MATTER AT YOUR EARLIEST AND RESPOND ASAP

                    Dear Sir/Madam, I have been experiencing technical difficulties while accessing my net pack. I have consulted with customer care several times, yet they have not been able to properly solve my issues. Yesterday I even tried in airtel website 'http://www.airtel.in/forme/home/needhelp/complaint-search', but as for now they havent responded. My data service pack of 1gb will get over in 3 days out of which I have not been able to use more than 20%.

                      Hello sir, My name is Omkar Chavan. And i am using airtel no [protected]. Yesterday ie on 31/10/2014 i had online recharge of 120 rs from airtel website. i got TXN id as [protected]. And amount is been deducted from account. money is deducted from my account and i got transaction reference number as IG00DIERR5 . but still recharge is not yet done. and when i called airtel customer care executive regarding same i got rude language and very unprofessional. i didnt get satisfactory resolution from senior executive as well. strict action should be taken on such unprofessional executives. and its the 2nd time i have been fooled bt airtel stating amount will be refunded within seven days which i never got. Apart from this i had a recharge of 90rs same day. and without my permission 3g has been activated on my account and my balance of 87 rs has been deducted. And again when i spoke to customer care executive i didnt get satisfactory resolution. i am not getting exactly what has made such a big company to fool me twice on online recharge. and such unprofessional executives they keep just for the sake of cost deduction. shame on you airtel people. i want resoulution on all of my complaints. please mail me on [protected]@gmail.com with explanation.                             Without taking prior approval VAS are added and charges for the same are deducted. Request stop such practice with immediate effect.                               Dear Sir, My name is Augustine and I am working in Bangalore. I have taken Airtel 4G LTE connection (No: [protected]) a few months back. I have also bought a 4G WiFi router worth Rs.2500/- which works only with Airtel SIM (locked WiFi Router). I was consuming the service for a couple of months without any problem. Suddenly modem stopped showing network signal from September second last week and data speed was also too slow. I raised many complaints regarding this and I was getting information like the issue will be resolved within 4 days. Once an Airtel executive came to home and he confirmed that there is no 4G signal at that place and told me that it will get resolved within a week. After a week again I raised complaint but nobody has attended the actual issue. Then I called customer care executive and got information that it will take more than 3 months to resolve the 4G signal issue. So I discontinued from the service. Mean while new bill has been generated and they started asking to pay the amount. I asked them to take back the WiFi router and payback Rs.2500/-(its useless for me because it will work only with Airtel 4G and I used it only for 3 months). They didn’t agree with that and keep calling me for paying. Till now I dont have a back log regarding bill payment. I hope many people may faced these kind of situation and they may forced to pay the bills unnecessarily. I request you to take appropriate action against this and stop Airtel’s day time robbery.                               This happenned to me also. I feel this is common practise airtel is playing. In my case, it is worst. I called them to cancel connection. Tehy confirmed cancelled. I got half bill for the month cancelled. I paid them on time. I got full bill next month and their CS is regualarly calling me to pay the bill. It is irritating CX.

                                My airtel number is [protected]. I am not able to use 4G LTE internet service on a indian purchase iphone 6. Before i used to use iphone 5s which was also indian purchase. In that also i was not able to use. Everyday i call airtel customer care and expect that there will be a solution. I have even changed my sim many times. And visited airtel connect outlets and placed a complaint. But they seem to be not bothering. This is a mental harrassment i am facing. This is just not fair. My brother also uses airtel and iphone 6. He is able to use. I tried inserting his sim in my phone. It is working. But mine is not working LTE in his nor mine. I have done all the trouble shooting and everything. This is ridiculous. PlEASE TAKE ACTION. I want to switch to other network. But then there is no option of LTE with other networks. I ourchased such expensive handsets thinking i will be able to use to LTE. But i am just not able to use LTE. Please help.

                                  I have recharged a full talk time of Rs.140.00 on 29.10.2014 at 02.02 PM vide Transaction ID [protected] to my pre-paid mobile Number [protected]. Thereafter I didn't make any call and today 30.10.2014 morning around 10 AM I found nil balance in my account. When I contacted Airtel Customer Care and spoke with one Mr. Saravanan [Complaint ID No.[protected]] intimated that the whole amount of Rs.140/- has been deducted due to the usage of Internet. I am to firmly state that I switch off the "mobile Data" connection two days prior to the recharge itself and I didnot use the Internet connection except through Wi-Fi. Assuming without admitting that even "Mobile data" switch is on, and as I did not use or download using Internet, there is no possibility of deducting the entire amount of Rs.140/-. Therefore kindly refund/credit the above mentioned amount to my account or kindly sent me the proof of me using the Internet through "mobile Data" through e-mail [[protected]@gmail.com] with immediate effect.

                                    As i visited kashmir on 20.06.2014 so i took two postpaid connections as postpaid is mandatary in kashmir.

                                    After coming back i applied for disconnection of the above numbers and got the numbers disconnected after paying the balance amount. Suddenly on 29.10.2014 i received a call that my bill is pending for rs.859.26.

                                      Dear Sir / Madam I want to draw your kind attention that i am a Airtel user since last 10 years & facing a problem [ an additional charge late fees is added every time in my bill from July 2013 altough I have paid my June’s bill on time to your franchise M/s Times Services, Kapoor Company, Moradabad ]from last 15th months ( From July 2013 ) whch your company has not resolved yet .Regarding this problem i had already send many mail to your Nodal Officer UP-West, Customer Care department & your payment collection department )but every time your people says that my problem will be resolvedshortly (within 48 to 72 hours) but it is 15 months has been passed but my problem is not resolved by you & your officers. I regularly pay my monthly bill amount at your franchise before due date i.e.24th of the month. But you charging me late fee regularly from July 2013, I want to ask you that when i deposit your monthly bill before due date then why I am charged late fee. That late fee amount is now more than ` 1000.00 . I make a call to your customer care department on last 21st Sep. 2014, for resolve this problem, Miss Shubra I was just surprised when she told me this is not late fee amount this is the amount of not paying the bill since June 2014 Is it the manner of working done by your people.I am sorry to say that you and your people are not intrested in listening and solving the problem’s of customer. They asked me that I should pay my bills online instead paying the bill to their franchise, if your franchise did not submitt the amount to you then why have you appointed them. She then asked me that if I have paid the bill than mail its reciept with details with its soft-copy to applette. I have already sent that details several tiimes to many of your officers. Then I mailed all the data which she has mentioned Then I recieved a call by your person on 23rd September who instructed me to again send the soft copy of last 4 months from April 2014 payment reciept I again send him a mail in desire of solution of my problem. After sending him email I tried to contact him and when I tried to called him, there was a service reply regarding outgoing barred . I got really upset about this because the fault is your and I’m bearing the following consequences as I have done the biggest mistake by taking a connection of your company in which nobody is there to hear the problems of customers.
