Airtel — reg : complaint for service why fake promise?

Hello customer care / nodal officer,

I don't know even nodal officer is taking care of customer or not or may be now they are not more
Interested to add customer to airtel circle. I think even they have not a curtesy to provide answer to
My email.

As said in previous email. I got a call and i have been told that installation will take 6-9 working
Days. This should be checked before taking payment from me. At that time you guys are promising 24
Hours installation why fake promises. Now i have taken some other vendor's connection. Please close my
Connection request return my payment.

My caf no is :7935871 attached image with mail. Kindly treat thi as serious mail else i need to
Complaint against you. I want my money back nothing else.

Hi,

Caf no : 7935871. Payment done on 12 march 2019 promised installation on 13 march 2019. If not possible
Then why he promised the 13 march 2019 still no body is answering. Am i fool that paid money on the spot?

Recently i have applied for broadband connection and also paid online. Still no body came for an
Installation. Person who was my spoke not picking up phone (Bharat - [protected], [protected]).

I am sure i am not going to continue with airtel and also will let my colleague know that what you are
Doing.

Let me know how to cancel i don't want connection. If initial stage you are doing this then afterward if
Any issue occurs then i need to call you up all the time.
